This picture is of Lithobius 1 captured in the Sheffield area of South Yorkshire UK
I am almost sure that the dark colour looked blackish in life and the joints of the legs were paler but I placed the specimen in alcohol and the dark colour turned purple and ran. I need a fresh one to verify this.
